Breakfast

Every morning we serve a rich breakfast with all you need for a great start to the day.
Breakfast is served:
Monday to Friday 6:30 to 9:30
Saturday, Sunday and holidays 7:30 to 10:30
 
You can find the following:
Organic milk, several kinds of yogurt, sour milk
Apple and orange juice
Several types of cereals and muesli
At least five kinds of soft bread and rolls, as well as three kinds of crisp bread.
The soft bread comes from a local bakery in Linköping.
Several different toppings such as cheese, ham, sausage, liverpate, caviar
Meatballs and beetroot salad
Cold smoked salmon and cream cheese
Four kinds of marmalade which a sugar free
Nutella, lime curd and peanut butter
Herring and pickled cucumber
Hard- and soft-boiled eggs
Organic and fair-trade coffee as well as eight different teas and hot chocolate
Biscuits, cookies and muffins
Fresh fruit and vegetables
Bacon and scrambled eggs
Organic Pancakes with jam and cream
Fruit
The breakfast may vary from time to time. 

We always have gluten-free bread in the freezer and always lactose-free yogurt and coffee milk. Please tell us if you have any allergies or requests concerning the breakfast. We gladly buy into lactose-free or dairy-free options if you tell when booking.
